They replaced my hot water heater and their service engineer was excellent. He explained everything and completed the job quickly and neatly. This wasn't an easy installation since it's located on the third floor of my house.

The most horrific experience I've had working with a contractor. I was assured that the work would be complete in 5-7 business days. The owner reached out to me constantly to get me to sign the proposal and answer my questions, but as soon as I signed and put down the deposit, he disappeared. MONTHS later, after many unanswered phone calls, his team finally "completed" the job. His team didn't do many of the items we discussed (even though I was willing to pay more for them). The communication was awful- it was impossible to get someone on the phone or get a clear timeline. It's so sad to spend so much money with someone and get treated like complete garbage. UPDATE: Our HVAC (about 20 years old) went out during one of the hottest weeks of the year. We called and the owner was out at our house in less than 24 hours. We ended up needing a whole new unit, which made sense as we've been expecting it to go with the age. Mike told us he'd try to get us up and running, he told us it was a patch but was able to do some sort of rigging to get our unit "running" until our new unit was installed. Luckily it only took about a week for our new unit and they called us the day before delivery to install on the day they got the unit. They were amazing throughout the whole process and gave us a great price on a new unit.
