Texas Tree Care

First let me say I have a new respect for “tree service work”. I saw math, algebra, trigonometry and years of experience take place in my yard. Never once did I see Bob and his crew not working, they all worked together safely as a cohesive unit. If the time lapse doesn’t give you perspective I will, these are 70-80 foot tall trees in decline. I just can’t say enough about how hard Bob and his crew worked in this Texas heat 103 feels like 112. Bob cut a couple of cross cut slabs so i could make a couple of end tables and coffee tables after the wood cures out, THANK YOU. Bob thought this would take 3 days but its going to take 4 and I’m beyond okay with that because he’s not working himself nor his crew into the ground, again he is safe. Proving No tree or profit is worth a human life. W

Used this company last year to remove a couple of dead trees and treat some others. I liked Bob and they were reasonably priced (the only reason they get 2 stars). But it took weeks for them to answer and finally schedule the job. This year I needed them to retreat my trees (some more died since first treatment), but again, it took weeks before they finally responded and said they lost my earlier emails but would get me on their schedule. Next day they emailed that Bob would be out the following day to solve the problems. So I did not go to the zoo with my 4 yr old grandson and family but waited at home - all day and no one came or called or sent an email saying they weren't coming. They only want to communicate by email but they don't seem to check it very often. Totally unresponsive and

They were great. Very professional. Did a fantastic job of cleaning up the damage done to my tree after the storm. Will call on them again when I need tree service. Price was reasonable

We have used many arborist on our properties, but Texas Tree Care is the best of them all. Thanks for being honest, punctual, and fair in all you do for others!

Bob and team were great...Bob provided us with estimates and suggestions on a number of our Live Oaks..professional, returned calls and showed up on time...we appreciated the time he took in explaining the situation and our options .
