Funny how things work out! I was given a name to call for new aerobic septic installment. When I went to find the name, I couldn't so Googled to see if a name looked/sounded familiar, called and Rene Moreno answered and we never looked back. He came out to inspect. Then met at notary to sign paperwork, followed by tons of rain so after all dried up, they called with installment date, finished that day and leveled the dirt the next . We have been living in our RV in our driveway as our lateral lines were collapsed. Texway did an AMAZING job! Their skills with machinery and electrical were undeniable. It's working like a dream and has allowed us to live like normal again! Thank you forever Texway!!

I used Rene Moreno about 6+ years ago and was so impressed by his friendly attitude, do the work right the first time. I watched and asked a lot of questions. I saved his contact information in my cell and called about maintenance wastewater pumping tanks service at a great price. Then we discovered my Aerobic Air Pump was full of dirt from fire ants and worn out. Was originally new was poorly installed. Rene came out and inspected and we both saw it needed replacing. He ordered the parts and sent out ASAP a son and father duo who were also friendly and they blew me away on redoing and raising sunken into ground weather cover, new wiring, hose’s and added a conduit around the delicate air hose to the controller so weed eater doesn’t cut it. Thank you Rene and family!

We have used Texway twice now and have referred them to everyone we know with septic. Rene went above and beyond by taking a late call to walk us through an emergency situation until they could get here the next morning. We won't use anyone else and will absolutely refer them every time. Very responsive, excellent communication and we are so appreciative of the time spent to take our call.

They may be great on septic systems but they completely ghosted me when I asked about a gravel driveway. I was told we'll get right back to you on the phone and in the email they sent me after I filled out their website form. That was over two weeks ago. It's okay if they don't want my business but complete silence suggests they will do the same to their customers if major problems occur.

We used this company to get our resident's septic pump out and their pump replaced. They are a company built on integrity and great character. I recommend everyone to use them in the future.
