That Cabinet Company

I have been a contractor since 1991 & I have dealt with MANY cabinet companies. My last experience before I met Sharon Barnes, “That Cabinet Company” made me want to quit the business! She actually has ZERO competition! Sharon is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, proactive & exceptional to name a few! I was also impressed with her delivery service, which leaves her with zero room for error! Her delivery guys check off each cabinet & or accessory as it comes off the truck AND they take a photo as well! What great quality control! It also helps to know that Sharon is an engineer by degree, which makes her more in tune with measurements and getting it right! CONGRATULATIONS to another sistah in business!!! BRAVO!!!💚❤️

I am blown away by the quality of the cabinets I received. Also, very impressed by the design expertise, my kitchen is very small and had two dead corners and limited space for drawers. I threw out an idea and they made it work. Truly professional designers. I initially made the mistake of buying cabinets from HomeDepot that arrived damaged and were flimsy plywood. I was referred to That Cabinet Company checked out their website. The features of the cabinets they offered like Dovetail joints, 3/4 wood, soft close doors and drawers, were impressive. I shopped other cabinets with these features and they were at least 30% more expensive.

Never pay anything before the measurement/templating. That Cabinet Company advertises free quotes on their website, but then they try to trick you into paying for work you never approved. I paid for an initial quote, fully expecting the final quote to come after measurements, as I was told. I requested some changes, ut after templating, the price jumped nearly 50%, and I canceled because I never approved the revised quote. Now they are trying to keep fees for templating, design, and credit card charges—even though nothing was ordered, fabricated, or delivered—and they refuse to show any written terms. This is misleading and feels like a deliberate attempt to take money unfairly.

Everyone was very helpful.Natalie was in touch with us throughout the entire process. Product is well built and delivered when promised. I chose to build it myself and it was very easy. Other family members ordered cabinets as well, and when received minor issues came up, but was taken care of immediately. I assisted in the installation of the pre assembled cabinets and there were NO issues at all with the assembly or quality. I highly reccommend That Cabinet Company to anyone who wants a local company that takes care of customers. Do not go to the big box stores as their quality is nothing compared to what you get here.Remember, local and owners you can speak with, are worth every penny. Oh and their pricing is very competitive!
