The Cleaning Authority - Downingtown

I have been with the cleaning authority of Downingtown for six months now and I’m so pleased with their service. They do an excellent job and I love the fact that they use eco-friendly products. The teams are great. Friendly professional people who really pay attention to detail. Verenise and Ximena are my regular cleaners; last time I had Yeyni and Bertha. They are all excellent cleaners. So professional and thorough. I highly recommend this service.

I am very impressed with the Cleaning Authority. We just had our 4th monthly cleaning today and the house is spotless and perfectly clean and I love it. Ximena and Veronise (team 3) have been amazing, they are very thorough and do a wonderful job. I love using the app, knowing exactly when they’re going to arrive, when they’ve left and easy payments. If something was missed it would be easy to report but that has never happened, they are great! With 2 kids, a cat, and a dog, this makes my life so much easier and frees up my time.

The best company ever!!! Matt, Jackie, and Deborah run such a structured and detailed operation, and all of their employees are truly professionals. I most recently had Cy and Bethany clean at my place and they made areas of my home shine I didn’t even know existed! The Cleaning Authority has truly added hours back to my weeks and years back to my life.

Our cleaners have just left; this is their first cleaning visit. Oh, wow!!! Our house is so clean, and it smells clean but not like any cleansers. I saw one of the women using a toothbrush to get something clean. I'm so happy! I HIGHLY recommend The Cleaning Authority - Downingtown.
