This company is very easy to use. Great communication of arrival and departure times. A real person actually answers the phone and any issues are handled immediately. Their app is so easy to use. We can see our charges, add tips and even pause our service if out of town. Basically, they took everything we dislike about a cleaning service and fixed it upfront. We are very pleased.

Bad company, never hire them. I hired them to clean my house and it was terrible, they didn't clean anything, they didn't even make the bed. When I got home it was a mess, the items were all dusty, the bed was all messy, the bathroom was dirty, the kitchen was stinky, the floor was sticky and the whole house was stinky. So we called them and they said they would redo the cleaning when I got home the house was simply a mess more than I had left, not even the vacuum cleaner was terrible, I'm super disappointed because I depended on the house being clean for a work event that was going to be at home. I tried to hire them several times via phone call and email, but every attempt was unsuccessful and they didn't even respond to me. And when they finally answered me, they just offered me another

I want to start off by saying that Amber is such a fantastic member of the team and I am beyond satisfied with every clean she has worked. The owner of TCA is very kind and personally visits you to set up a rotating cleaning schedule that works for the space you have. The price is extremely fair for the high quality work that they do. The team is always kind and trustworthy and I never feel uncomfortable with their visits. Having the team come by makes it so much easier to maintain a clean living space while working a full schedule. I highly recommend their services.
