The Duct Cleaners

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We recently had The Duct Cleaner team out for service. Mason & Trent were professional and hard working. They showed up on time and got right to work. Having our duct work cleaned has made a huge difference in our home. I had no idea just how much built up in there over time. Scheduling was easy, all my questions were answered, and the price was very competitive. We will be using them again when we need service. These guys are so fabulous, we used The Duct Cleaners twice in one month! The first time they came and cleaned our ducts (after 15 years of dog hair) and also repaired two ducts. The second time was a bigger job for installation of insulation and a vapor barrier in our crawlspace. In a word, they are excellent!! If you've been putting this kind of work off in your house, give them a call. A+ for quality of work and A+ for professionalism!!

I had Dustin and his team out for a simple dryer vent cleaning. Some companies won’t come out for just that, since it is a small job, but you don’t always need more done, so it leaves the homeowner in a bind. Dustin and his team arrived on time, were very polite, friendly and professional, and got the job done super fast. He also gave me some great advice about how often I should have my dryer vent cleaned, as well as advice about a pest problem I had in the past. I would highly recommend this company, and I will definitely be using them again when needed!

On the positive side, they were really easy to schedule and communicated their arrival and need for rescheduling well. For the dryer vent cleanup service - the technician showed up, said its clean and left without any cleanup but I was charged the full amount. I wish this was communicated more clearly or more effort was made to diagnose the issue before scheduling. I am disappointed that the "dispatch fee" is the full amount, rather than charging by time like some other outfits. Edit: updating to 3 start since they seem genuinely interested in doing better

Highly recommend using Dustin and team for any of your home HVAC needs and in particular for pest exclusion. I had a very unique crawl space with 1 wall instead of 4 and Dustin provided an excellent solution for my rat problem. I had several bids I reviewed and The Duct Cleaners were the only ones that could do everything I needed and then some, and didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need like a lot of the other companies out there. The Duct Cleaners replaced my crawl space flex duct with rigid (typical HVAC install companies would not do this much to my surprise they often only install new furnaces/AC).
