We had our entire new build home floored by The Floor Shop, experience was outstanding and couldn’t be happier. The team was professional, the installer did excellent work, and any small imperfections were quickly taken care of. The flooring material is top quality, looks amazing, and feels durable. Best part, the price was very reasonable and even beat out quotes from big box stores. Great service, great value. We’ll definitely be coming back for our next project. Highly recommend!

Used this company for order and install of tile and LVP floors in our new build house. We are still having problems because of the work they did. LVP was laid tight to doorways causing areas to pinch and push up 1/2 an inch high. We have pieces separating causing gaps. For the tile, they didn’t read any of the install notes and were about to put the wrong tile in, and the back splash was being installed the wrong direction, covered in sharpie marks. We did not have a good experience with Dee Dee, the whole thing ended up being way harder and stressful than it needed to be. When we finally went back in to give our final decision on everything, she was still trying to get us to pick other tiles. This is the 2nd time The Floor Shop has done work for us - remodeled bath/shower/floor tile, and they were fantastic. Prices can't be beat, very helpful to work with scheduling, and their tile team is excellent. I highly recommend them for all your needs. Yes, we will use them again...

I have been using The Floor Shop exclusively since 2003. I have ALWAYS found them to be exceptional. They have completed hundreds (if not thousands) of jobs for me and I have always been pleased. When there is a defect or issue (and it can happen from time to time) they have ALWAYS stood behind their product and work.

They have absolutely no respect for their customer's time. For example, using samples from their showroom, we spent considerable time coming up with the look we wanted in our bathroom. After driving back to the store to order the product, I was told one of our selections was no longer available. If it wasn't available for purchase, it should have never been in the showroom. And, if this is a possibility, the sales person should have verified availability prior to sending us home with the sample. I will spare you the details of what I was told about anticipated delays over Christmas. The final straw in my opinion is the pickup hours. You can make your purchase and pay 100% up front for your order anytime M-F from 9am-5pm and Saturday from 9am-2pm. BUT, once your order is delivered t
