I’m a new customer. My heat went out Christmas Day, I called and the answering service had a tech in touch with me within a half hour, he was onsite in less than 2 hours. He got me up and running through the weekend until they could send out a tech who specializing with gas burners. He diagnosed the problem within minutes. My systems has never runs so well. Can’t say enough positive things about the entire team. Thank you!

Wonderful company to deal! They have always been such a pleasure to work with and very quick to resolve issues. Every tech that has ever had to come out to the house has been very knowable and professional. Customer service is also always on point!

My water heater stopped working all of a sudden and I had no hot water. Within 24 hrs Mike was at my house. Amazing customer service from The Fuel Co! In a very short amount of time, he found the problem and fixed it. He also took the time to walk me through what he was looking for and how he fixed it. Cannot appreciate him and thank him enough.

UPDATE: I received an e-mail from the Fuel Company this afternoon honoring the price range I was quoted. I have changed my rating due the fact that they fixed the issue. Thank you !!! I recently had an issue with my mini split, and I called for a service. I was told to service the unit the cost would be between $159 and $250. The service person came and went, no information was provide on the service he perform expect to say it was a deep clean. A few weeks later I received the bill in the mail for $380, well that is way more than what was told to me. The bill also did not have any details on the service performed, the bill states a "Tune Up Ductless". When I spoke to the person who handles the billing, she said that is the price and sorry I was told something different. She did o
