No person, business or product is perfect. So, when things go wrong, what I look for is the business that takes responsibility for its work and its product and fixes it. Kevin did that with no excuses. The paver porch and steps that Hardscape installed in 2016 literally came apart. When Kevin realized that his normal policy on scheduling such repairs was not working by creating long backlogs, he pivoted, changed his normal practices, and made the repairs. Once again, my porch and steps add to the beauty of my home because Kevin listened and responded accordingly. I can't ask for more than that and I look forward to maintaining my business relationship with Kevin and the Hardscape Store.

We had a swingset installed in April, and the entire process was WONDERFUL. They helped us design a custom swingset, came out to measure the area to make sure we had enough room, and leveled and prepared the area before the swingset was installed. Everyone we worked with through the entire process was communicative and personable, and you could really tell they cared about their customer’s satisfaction.

Kevin and Kyle are a pleasure to work with. They designed our patio perfectly based on our initial meeting with them. The installation crew was efficient, with minimal disruption to our yard and our lives. Most impressive was everyone's attention to every detail of the project. I highly recommend The Hardscape Store. Just purchased a shed and foundation. At first I thought it was a bit expensive, but the customer service and quality of work was excellent. Easily made up for any second thoughts! I did not regret my decision one bit! I worked with Trevor who was very professional, courteous and very patient with the questions I asked. I asked for a level foundation to be built for the shed which they did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Quality work done! One place gave me a list of people to call and I was on my own to arrange for building a level foundation. That turned me off a lot. They really did not care, opposite of Trevor’s approach!
