I had a visit here because my old Rheem heat pump water heater started to leak. The customer service representative was really kind and friendly. She made the returning process and purchase of the new one easy and smooth. Thank you for the great experience. I have to mention that that a guy helped me to unload and carry the old heavy water heater to the service desk. I really appreciate your service.

Charlie was AWESOME! I purchased some appliances this past weekend, and I was so glad to have someone like Charlie assist me during the process. While checking out (this seems to happen with me at any store) we had some technology & system challenges. However, Charlie took his time with me and went step-by-step with troubleshooting issues with the system, to ensure my delivery was properly scheduled, and all of my details were accurate. He was warm, friendly, and really cared about the customer experience, person-to-person. That’s not easy to find - We need more Charlie’s in the world. If I had an inkling to visit a Lowe’s before, that’s no longer the case - I’ll plan and shop for any future projects at this Home Depot bc of Charlie - Thank you!

I had a great time at the Home Depot I was looking to purchase some affordable pumpkins for my youth group there were plenty to choose from. The store is very clean and well-maintained the cashiers and staff were amazingly friendly are they truly care about the customer and making sure that they are happy. They play such a vital part in the Amsterdam community

I came here searching for plumbing parts on a job I had no clue what I needed. A gentleman named Zeeshan that worked in the plumbing department got everything I needed resolved! He truly was a blessing man.
