I write positive reviews on a regular basis. Make it a point to. I’ve worked in CS. I understand the deal. Today is the exception. 100% nasty experience with this store (and UPS “Roadie” trying to straighten out a delivery order. I ordered 2 in-wall cable kits but was delivered a Delta bathroom faucet (from Fuquay store, not Apex) Zero help with texts and calls to “Roadie” as directed to do by text. They tell me to call Apex store. Called store. Am told that this is too complicated, a supervisor will call me next morning. No call next morning by 10 am. Call HD 800- Customer Service No stock available in Apex of product I need, but schedule pickup for next day to retrieve faucet. I explained that I will not be home the next day, but they will not refund for the product I paid for and still

Went and got a Christmas tree from this beautiful establishment. Originally went to Lowe’s and I left empty handed. JR ensured not only did we leave with what we needed but with a jolly spirit too😎

I received outstanding Customer Service from Assistant Manager David G. He went above and beyond and assembled my bench In a timely fashion, and with such a courteous Friendly warm attitude. The assembler had gone home for the day and so he took it upon himself to make sure This customer was taken care of and I so much appreciate that. Thank you for being such a good example Of what Customer Service looks like.

Stopped by this store to get my window blinds cut and Kaiya was very helpful and cooperative. Appreciate her efforts in getting the work done. I was in and out in less than 5 mins

I ordered a tool box that arrived late. One of the drawers was damaged during shipment. I originally asked to have the box re-ordered but it was now on back order. I asked to either receive a sufficient discount or to have another drawer ordered. The manager on duty claimed a new drawer could not be ordered (this answer was presented very quickly, they probably didn’t even check) and they could only discount the box for $25. I asked again for a larger discount and they claimed this was all they could do because I bought the box during a Black Friday sale. Unfortunately I had to accept this offer because I needed a box for work. I would have returned this box and gotten a different one, but now any comparable box was no longer on sale.
