My experience was excellent due to Zelda H. and David B. in the paint department! If you are in need of paint I highly highly recommend they assist you. I had a difficult paint to match for my HOA and they took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I went in frustrated because I had been struggling with getting this paint matched. I left feeling encouraged and uplifted not only because I got the correct paint, but because it was so refreshing to have such a kind and professional experience. I actually really enjoyed picking out the paint which isn’t something I would normally expect to say. They were so good that I made sure to ask their names just so I could write this review. Thank you!!

I’ve had consistently good experiences at the Home Depot in Lake Ridge, VA. The store is well organized, stocked with the materials I need, and the staff is knowledgeable and willing to help when you ask questions. Whether I’m grabbing supplies quickly or working through a larger project, checkout is smooth and the associates are professional and courteous. This location has become my go-to Home Depot in the area. Highly recommend.

Went to the physical store and bought some of the items. The next day purchased two that were not in the store. Got online and ordered the two colors that were missing. They said they could deliver same day. Order arrives a little later but only one item. Messaged the driver and they said they were only given one. Looked online and noticed that half the order was canceled. So I call the online customer service. Great service from them. They verified my order number and mailing address. When they looked at the order they could see that the one item was canceled but there were no notes as to why. Customer Service Associate said they would call the store and find out what happened. When they came back online, I was told the home depot associate in the store was very rude to them and said they

Hands down the best Home Depot in the Richmond, VA area for plants! They're actually healthy and taken care of which is rare at a big box store. Whoever is tending to the houseplants and garden plants at this store--kudos! Great variety and hardly and plant stress is visible. Am bookmarking this store specifically and will travel the 30min from church hill to make purchases of healthy plants! Yay

Useless and rude employees in the rental section. We rented a box truck from the Ashland location and showed up for pickup to hear "it don't matter because they ain't got a truck." No apologies, no effort to help figure out how to get a different truck or when the deposit would clear from our card. Thanks for a crappy experience team!
