The way they ship product is screwed up. Everything goes third party and its like uber. If they don't want to pick up your order because it is too big for them or they don't want to do it your product will just sit there. If their website screwed up and says your products are able for delivery and they get put into delivery by van category but shouldn't be there. Your purchase will sit there and then take an additional two days for delivery because they have to contact third party first, change delivery, and see when they can get it out. This has nothing to do with the manager i talked to at home depot, she was awesome. Its the managers that aren't paying attention in their shipping department that should have realized an order that had 5 separate garage shelve set ups, a bunch of totes an

Overall good store. They can be really busy at times, making Pro Desk hard to reach by phone and overwhelmed in person! Pro Xtra pricing is apparently now no longer able to be combined with special offers (such as 10% off) from the Home Depot Consumer Credit Card — a move by Home Depot which is completely unintelligible & ridiculous! If they're not going to let Pro Xtra members use special offers from the credit card, Home Depot should stop sending those credit card offers to Pro Xtra members! We literally can no longer use our credit card special offers, because EVERY purchase we make is subject to ProXtra pricing and therefore disqualified from the offer! Home Depot management people need to use their brains when they make some of these stupid contradictory rules. Seriously.

Highly recommend going elsewhere. I interacted with three different staff members, all of whom seemed poorly trained and lacked basic communication and awareness. My pickup order, which was supposed to be ready in two hours, took over three hours to prepare. Once it was ready, curbside pickup took another 45 minutes. I spoke with the manager, Mike Stuzelcki, who was unhelpful and appeared to be the least competent of all. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Love this place. Hate the online pickup system though. Wife just bought a semi-heavy object (50 lbs+/-). They sent out probably their most elderly employee to load it into our vehicle. Obviously I hopped out and just did it… but what if I wasn’t with? It’d be nearly impossible for the employee to load it themselves and my wife is pregnant… seems like a little thing, but easily avoidable. Not my first weird online pickup experience.
