Vincent and Corby were so helpful!!! I am injured and they loaded everything helped me go through the huge 24x48 tiles to find the best ones and then helped loaded them for us. Adam was also helpful as was another person who's name I didn't get, but Adam would probably know. I am usually very active on my projects but being injured I needed help loading and brought my contractor along and in a time where I felt ashamed because I couldn't do anything they made me feel ok about just receiving help. I am grateful for the humanity, the kindness and the expert knowledge. Vincent also came along and helped with grout and other knowledge and I have to say his sales skills, knowledge, and kindness are unmatched. Love Home Depot. Just bought a brand new stove from them. I don't like that on big appliances that you have to have it delivered, no exception. I also bought my first ever 20volt weed eater and blower combo. I recommend getting the 60-volt if you have a decent size yard. I really love both stove and weed eater

We have been buying stain for our house . Yesterday was my third time buying a five gallon bucket . We have tried to get our mix done a couple of times with staff not understanding the mix or being out of colors. A young lady named wagy (not sure if that is right or spelled right ) has helped us every single time that its right . She does a great job . She is friendly and helpful . She gets the job done every single time .

Me and my wife came into the store in December 2nd and bought the Black Friday bundle set of appliances. Refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Everything was paid for upfront and we were told it would be delivered on the 11th. When the driver showed up to deliver the appliances we were informed that our refrigerator would not be delivered until the 20th... of January! I had sold all of my previous appliances the day before to make room for the new ones. I called and I was told it was a warehouse issue and there was nothing they could do. I went to the store to explain that I could not go 6 weeks without a refrigerator. In the time that I was there I asked to see the store manager three times and she would not come out to see me , only sent me two different assistant managers and

This location needed to work on their inventory count. Last 4 times I went there for something online says they have plenty in stock but then we can never find what we’re looking for. Even with the help of employees. Same results every time. Associate just tells me inventory must be wrong and I leave the store empty handed. How many times a day and how many people does this happen to? Pretty frustrating to waste my time and fuel.
