The Home Depot in Bloomfield has come a long way over the last year 2024. The staff has become more customer friend - being more welcoming. They are now making sure customers feel valued and really deserves recognitions. The shelves are more stocked with products. I wanted to let the teams in millwork, customer service and the paint department know that I really appreciate their assistance.

I always come to this Home Depot( bloomfield CT), and I wanted to share some of the good experiences I’ve had during my recent visits compared to last year or the year before. Customer experience has improved tremendously. There is always someone available to welcome and help now, which wasn’t the case a year ago. I’m sure this is because of the new management. I would like to personally thank Tammy (Assistant Manager); Mike (Self-Checkout); Shane (Paint Department); Jonathan and Jacklyn (Tile Department); Md. Tuhin (Self-Checkout); Javed (Self-Checkout); Britney and Whitney (the twins); and Asiay (Returns) and Melissa (Returns).

Home Depot was actually pretty good doing a roadie pickup if you're looking for a job you can use them and highly references always up to date giant parking lot and stuff is always friendly if you ever have any questions feel free to go to customer service or ask one of the employees that are wearing the orange aprons or if you just need to find a contractor they have a board and a list of contractors for you

Bought a $3,500 zero turn they partially assembled on site. Loose pulley bolt caused massive failure and damage. Tires 3x’s the recommended psi. Deck was crooked. They took zero responsibility and told me to kick rocks because it happened at 42 days(4th or 5th mow) and not within 30 days. I wouldn’t buy a toilet brush here. Place is disheveled and no one cares you are there to spend money. I’ll go to Kasheta for equipment since they were able to clean up the mess whatever stoned employee made during assembly. If you’re thinking about going here to purchase anything mechanical, skip it. Manager on duty was a complete waste of my time.

No customer service and products listed Available in app they don't even carry as well as ordered items to store and told in they never even got order so had to go to Middletown to pickup otherwise told be 2 qe to get at this Location.. terrible company all around these days be on if went away totally
