Nice store but several new people don't know what they are doing. Had to wait 40 minutes to find someone to load my truck a couple of weeks ago. Another order they shorted me 220 paver blocks. When I drive back to the store the lady at customer service said yeah we know we shorted you some. My last order had pro desk gonna call me back about a delivery time. She called off next day. Talked to a manager. She said she would call me later that day or next morning when she arrived at 7. I called her back at 9 I have gotten many texts that would be delivered between 6am and 8 pm. Can't get no one to do what they say. Store has many problems.

Excellent. The guy at the cashier probably best customer service I've ever received. Hands down. I can't remember his name but that man needs to be a manager.

Had to return all my tile, half was broken or chipped, after multiple trips finally got the refund, but, no help to load and unload ( one person stated I have no gloves so I am not allowed to help, another stated they hurt their back so can't lift anything.) I guess it's okay for customers to hurt their backs as well. I guess it's a good thing there are other places to get things I need.

Give Kenny a raise 🙌 helped me out tremendously and didn’t seem bothered one bit. He’s a gem and I’ll look for him next time I need something and can’t find it.

The Home Depot in Blue Ridge, GA has the most excellent staff- always helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. Shopping here is an absolute joy .
