The Home Depot

I was there today and one of the customers service cashier was so kind and friendly that really enjoy my shopping experience tanks to her Bristol Homedepot is my favorite and today with the great customer service feel even better 🤗

The entrance to the store is all dead plants. Then as I walk around it’s dead plants and plants in desperate need of watering everywhere. I mention to an employee and he responds we try to water everyday. I said try? Plants are out baking in the sun on asphalt. They need it a few times a day. Horrible.

I had a great experience at the service desk in Home Depot. The staff was very professional, patient, and helpful. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. I really appreciate the friendly attitude and quick assistance—it made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service from Bibi that shows she truly care about Home Depot customers! She was exceptional at the Bristol store .

Staff was polite & helpful. Due to customers rummaging through stock in aisles some products opened, used or missing components. Be mindful to avoid buying w/o noticing missing parts until back home.

What a horrible place to be as a contractor, pay more, plan ahead, do anything to prevent dealing with this horrendous customer service. It’s always something different with these people.
