The Home Depot

We went to The Home Depot to buy a kitchen faucet. As usual, we ended up also buying a whole lot of other things. It is unbelievable how many projects this store has. If you go inside, there is a good chance you going to buy something you want. Also The gentlemen working there were very professional and helpful.

Home Depot is not disappointing anyone this Fall season! Pumpkins, mums, And Fall annuals galore! The Halloween decor selection is off the Richter scale for 2025! They just keep upping the ante when it comes to animatronics! The new ginormous ScareCrow was not working upon arrival but an attentive staff member had him back on by the time I was done viewing the display! The new programmable skeleton really has my attention, I might need to save up! Prices are comparable to other distributors, though HD is known for better quality when it comes to decor and animatronics! Happy Haunting! The manager Cathy is amazing. She went up and above to help troubleshoot my orders. Thanks to Cathy we have all our Christmas shopping done for the holidays. We definitely will be doing pick up orders again with Cicero/Clay Home Depot!

On Feb 4 around 11:45am, I entered Home Depot Cicero in search of a product recommended by my plumber. I spoke with the female assoc who was at the entrance, and she not only told me where to find it but walked me to the exact location. We talked about how much I needed, and she plucked the larger (heavier) bottle off the shelf to carry it to the front - right to customer service (which was on the side on thr store where I parked). She then went one step further and asked the CS gentleman to carry it out to my car for me. I knew I was not feeling well, but the perceptiveness of the young lady was beyond expectation. I was remiss in getting their names, so I hope the scheduler or manager can determine who they are and extend my gratitude for their kindness sometimes not found in our world

Home Depot is generally pretty consistent, but the item we went there for wasn't in-stock. Their website indicated it was. The person assisting us said it would be available the next day and kindly told us Cicero had it in-stock. Off to Cicero we went only to discover they did not have it either.
