I had an incredible experience at the Derby Home Depot thanks to Carla. After walking around the store three times without anyone checking in, Carla stepped up and took the lead. I was looking for a specific item, and she was incredibly dedicated to helping me find it. Even when it turned out to be out of stock, she didn’t just send me on my way—she called three other stores to track it down for me. She never gave up, and it was truly the best customer service I’ve ever had. Ask for Carla if you need help!

Big store, beautiful outdoor and garden center, huge inventory, and decent prices. Store layout is a but confusing, but the employees are all very friendly, helpful, and more knowledgeable than many other Home Depots I've been to around the country.

I recently bought a fridge, dishwasher and stove from Home Depot in Derby Connecticut. The employee that helped me was "AMAZING" JEN !!!!! let me tell you.....she is AMAZING!!! She was knowledgeable and dependable. Home Depot is fortunate to have her as an employee.
