I had a great experience at this Home Depot when I was in the middle of moving and needed some last-minute packing supplies. They had everything I was looking for, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful—one employee even walked me right to the aisle I needed. The self-checkout was quick with no line, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I was greeted at the door when I walked in and wished a great rest of my day on the way out. Really solid location—friendly, efficient, and well-stocked.

Rented a small trailer through the website. Arrived early this morning to pick it up and it was snowed in. Poor guy at the counter had to lay in the ice and snow to get the wheel lock/ boot off it. We had to drag it out of the snow with my vehicle. We also had to shovel out the bed of the trailer so it was safe to use. Mike saved the day and did everything possible to get me out of the store in a decent amount of time. Who ever runs the equipment rental needs a talking to. 2/1/2026 I did receive a discount on my rental when I returned I think that was fair.

Went here today to buy furring strips that I needed to be cut at the store. This was for a work project where we don't have a saw so my options were limited. I encountered an older guy in the lumber section - average height, thin build, gray, full hair, and a narrow head - and asked him for help. He was immediately rude. Like, right from the get go, for no reason. He barely said he could saw the wood for me. It was obvious that he did not want to help me. I grabbed the strips and met up with him again. I told him which cuts I needed and he said they "normally don't do that" - the "that" was cutting the strips to lengths of 18" and 24". When I asked him what they do do, he replied, curtly, like everything else he said up to that point and because he didn't like that I gave him attitude back

Great place for general construction and home repair. Their supply of higher end things for kitchen and bathroom remodel are not near as good as Lowe's. The garden area is however superior. They have a very nice tool selection and the lumber area is well stocked. I still use them all of the time because they are conveniently located.

My husband and I arrived on a Sunday afternoon to purchase cabinets for a kitchen that we are having refinished. After waiting more than a half hour for the associate to return from his break, he walked into the department, where we were very obviously waiting for him and sat down in his chair at his desk without acknowledging us. We walked to his desk and engaged him to discuss our desire to pick out a cabinet maker, color and style and explained that we still needed to have the kitchen measured. He then said, ‘then I can’t help you’ very dismissively. We explained that we came in because of the sale and asked how long the sale would take place and he simply said ‘today’.
