The Home Depot

So I was shopper at Dublin Home Depot. I was in the store for an hour and 30 min. You would think they would play a variety of music to support all race but they didnt. Please home depot change the music to support different walks of life .

For a town the size of Dublin, having a Home Depot that stays open long hours is a blessing. They carry a large selection of electrical and plumbing supplies and the tools needed. I like that they carry bulk buys on many of the common items used. Most seasonal items can be found as you enter the store. The only complaint is that sometimes the inventory is incorrect and the item shows in stock, but it is not and then it will be a week or several days before restocking. This has happened several times at this location.

At a time when so many younger people seem to be operating at a sub-par level, it seems like we should all be pointing out when someone rises above. Today I was helped by a young fellow named Tonio who was not only extremely pleasant, polite and professional, but he was really hustling helping several customers at once. Hopefully HD management recognizes this great asset to this location.

Imagine spending nearly $4000. Coming across a tiny spec of error Home Depot made and not owning up to it. I have sat and hung with regional managers at the Mercedes Benz Suites because we have a suite right next to them. They don’t have this mindset. Now imagine having to return $3000 worth or stuff for $2 correction and a bad attitude. I have cut off Home Depot for years don’t have a problem doing it again. There was a time we spent 50k there. Guess I will take my time shopping elsewhere and return $3000 worth of stuff

If you’re thinking about buying anything from Home Depot—don’t. Save yourself the headache, the stress, and the sheer disbelief at how badly one company can operate. I’ve had it with their shipping disasters, their worthless communication, and their completely unhelpful customer service. First, their shipping practices are a joke. I kept getting alerts saying my products were “ready for pickup” in-store, only to show up and find out they were still sitting in a warehouse. Not on the way. Not delayed. Not misplaced.
