This Home Depot’s staff is exceptional! They are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The pro account associate, Billy Possehl kindly assisted me with some important questions regarding specific products. Everyone I encountered in the store has been extremely helpful and courteous. This will be my go-to place for all of my home needs for superior staff and help. Thank you and shout out to all the amazing people at the Fishkill Home Depot!

I found great customer service offered by the few people that were working. Thumbs up to the seniors that came to work even though the weather was bad. I found better service with the few employees that were there, when the store was fully staffed. Great job!

I had ordered an appliance package and had an issue with items in the package being cancelled within days of delivery. I went into the Fishkill location and spoke to Pat. He’s a rock star. He did a deep dive into the issue and was able to get it all resolved and rescheduled. It involved working with Home Depot corporate and GE. He was able to navigate it with everyone and get it all back on track. I’ve had several positive encounters with Pat in the past. Great customer service and a huge asset to the team!

This is the best HD out of the 3 on rt9. Full sized HD is well stocked and better organized compared to the others. Joe and Raa at the pro desk are always very helpful.

I was working on a project and needed a few things, it was easy to find what I wanted at Home Depot, and I must say it was heartwarming to watch this young man a staffer help a senior with patience and understanding. Rear in many young people today, but thumbs up for the good customer service..🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💯. Another thing I admire is the ease of returning anything bought that was never used, even if it was opened.
