I had a very disappointing experience with the van rental at this Home Depot location. The policy is advertised as “first come, first served.” We arrived expecting to rent the van, only to be told that it had just been reserved over the phone two minutes before we got there. What makes this more frustrating is that we were told reservations are supposed to be made online 24 hours in advance. So which policy is it? We asked to speak with a supervisor, hoping for some clarification or at least an effort to understand what happened. Unfortunately, the supervisor did not attempt to investigate the situation or speak with the staff involved. There was no effort to resolve the issue or offer an alternative solution. Big shout outs to Anthony and The Home Depot loading crew whose names I can't remember (I'm sorry!), but who seamlessly and carefully orchestrated my purchase yesterday and load-in to my pickup truck of a new double combo unit Husky brand tool box. I can't wait to benefit from the integrated power strip with six outlets including two USB and one USBC port, padded shelving with magnetic soft closing drawers and of course, dual gas struts to gently lower the lid. Now my tools will soon bask in a worthy home. At $548, this box combo was an unparalleled value following about 10 days of online research...Amazon, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Harbor Freight, Lowe's you name it. Home Depot came through with the best value and awesome service.

Staff was nice. Unfortunately their online selection is much better than in the store. The lighting department was depressing. They had nothing in stock. This has happened a few times. I would recommend ordering online instead of going to the store. I had much better results on their website and Amazon.

A much better Home Depot than most, the staff was helpful, which is almost never yhe case at most every other Home Depot I've visited, and I visit A LOT of them while traveling for work. Staff knew where things were when I asked, I was even greeted by other staff in other departments that I wasn't shopping in. This is also not the norm. I try to go to Ace Hardware when I can, because those folks really know their stuff.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The employees showed too much attitude and even passed comments toward customers. I had booked an item online for pickup, but when I went to collect it, the item was damaged. When I asked for a replacement, the employee responded that it would take 30 minutes and told me to pick it up myself, which defeats the purpose of ordering online for pickup. After bringing the item, the employee continued making unnecessary comments. In another instance, when we asked an employee whether the item had other options, she made faces and gave improper, unhelpful feedback. Employees are in the store to assist customers, not to pass comments or behave unprofessionally. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and the customer service needs significant i
