The Home Depot

Went in to get an estimate on carpet installation and they were amazing!! They listened to my needs, my budget, and looked at the blueprint I provided them (lowes did none of that and brushed us off). The employees found me exactly what I was looking for and answered every question i had. They gave me amazing advice on which carpet I should get while staying in budget. I felt super welcomed and was happy to have such a nice friendly conversation after coming from awful Lowes. Will stick to only to Home depot from now on just because of how greatly they treat their customers. It was amazing. Even walking in I was immediately asked if I needed help and she was able to direct me to carpet right away while having a pleasant conversation with me. Great employees all around. Home Depot is doing

The older gentleman working at the paint counter on 03.09.26 around 5:30 was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful on selecting the best products to properly paint/seal my corn hole boards! I didn’t catch his name but he was extremely helpful and kind to talk to!

Great Hardware experience they really have almost everything you need. Came to get a grass t reducer and they had exactly what I needed for cheaper than Lowes

My rental on the 28th was the second time renting from them. Unlike the first time, when I had rented a box truck my experience was not as great. Unfortunately, I was kind of in a rush at the time since I had problems getting verified with their clear system the night before. Therefore, the van had just come in while I was at the desk attempting to get the rental. So within minutes of it coming in I had the keys in my hand and overheard the people say they had no problems with the van. Well that could have been the furthest thing from the truth. First of all the radiator fluid was low, followed by severe issues with the alignment along with a lot of bouncing every time you hit a bump. Therefore, I had to drive under the speed limit all the way to Rocky Mount and back to Jacksonville caus

Just wanted to give credit where its due, MARK IN PLUMBING, such a great man, the most helpful employeee the store has, this man deserves a raise, promotion to management!!! On a recent bathroom remodel , My son and I went there, kinda lost and ended up making anout 10 trips, everytime Mark went way out of his way, above and beyond what you would expect, and thanks to Mark my bathroom remodel was a success. If it was lowes i would still be wondering around. I can not say thank you enough !! Mark is such and amazing employee, Give this man a raise or bonus because HE IS THE TYPE OF EMPLOYEE YOU WANT TO KEEP FOR A LONG TIME,IF THE CEO OF HOME DEPOT CAN BUY A 200 MILLION DOLLAR YACHT, that burns $5000 fuel an hour THEY CAN GIVE THIS AMAZING EMPLOYEE AT LEAST $1000 BONUS, im not the only o
