The Home Depot

I came to this location because online they showed a nice yard tiller that was originally $650 marked on sale for $325. I called the store to see if they truly had three of them in stock in which the gentleman on the phone instructed me that they only had one. Being that I was more than an hour away he did what he could within the company's policy to ensure that I would have it available if I showed up within the next hour. I got there and he helped me find the tiller right away and also help to get me a power washer which I was looking for as well. Instead of thanking me and sending me on my way, he offered to help me take the stuff out to my vehicle and loaded up into my car. I didn't have to ask, he offered it on his own. This is the kind of customer service that makes return customers.

I just wanted to say Ashley (in returns) was EXTREMELY helpful & patient & made a frustrating experience much more pleasant. We spent an hour getting my issue resolved (doordash's fault, not home depot) & Ashley was so polite & helpful at every step ensuring I got the return back to me in the way I needed & she educated me about home depot's ordering & delivery system that I will be using in the future rather than pay the up charged price on doordash & have the headache I had today from trying to work with them! So glad for the experience with her & how she made the entire experience better & I left with a positive reflection of home depot & will be ordering straight from them in the future

This is the first time I’ve ever left a review on a business I think, but this Home Depot is just so god-awful in their customer service and I got fed up with it so I’m gonna leave a review. I would love for this to be a great Home Depot because it’d be way more convenient for me to go to Home Depot, then Lowe’s just because it’s way closer, But I go to Lowes nine out of 10 times pretty much unless it’s an emergency. Everyone at the pro desk always has such an attitude. Everyone except the redheaded girl And the guy who seems like he was in the army. I have to go to Lowe’s once a day, I could be going to Home Depot but instead I drive down the road an extra several minutes to go to the Nicholasville Road Lowe’s because they’re super nice over there and why would I go to a Home Depot then i

Everyone was friendly but Gracie at the paint counter. Had an attitude with us for no reason and was disrespectful because it was our first time at the counter. If it was me I would have her retrained on attitude problems, never been treated so poorly by someone in customer service absolutely ridiculous.

Completely unprofessional, ordered a door, door was “lost” in shipping. Instead of just sending another door they charged me for the door again, then the second door was also lost so it’s been two weeks and $300 dollars later and still no door. Just cancelled the second order. Yes, they finally refunded the first purchase but it took 4 days to get the money back but they didn’t hesitate to charge the second order immediately. Will be avoiding any online orders from this company in the future.
