The Home Depot

I like coming to this Home Depot because the staff is always friendly and easy to talk to. Whenever I need help, someone is usually nearby and actually takes the time to point me in the right direction instead of rushing me. That makes a big difference when you are working on projects and not always sure what you need. The store is also laid out really well, so it is easy to find things without walking around in circles. The aisles are organized and the store feels clean and manageable, even when it is busy. Overall, this is a solid location with helpful people and a good setup, and it is the Home Depot I prefer to shop at.

First time visiting this Home Depot location and I have to say I was extremely pleased with the customer service here. As soon as you enter, an associate is there ready to help you. He was able to direct me to the appropriate location. On my way there, Todd approached us and offered his assistance. Todd took his told explaining the available options and he was very informative. Unfortunately the item was not in stock, he was able to pull the item online and explained how to get it shipped to the store or at home. Unlike many other Home Depot stores that you have to chase people down or receive a negative attitude from an associate for asking a question, this location treats their customers with the highest level of attentiveness. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Great customer service yesterday at the Home Depot... We can feel the change what ever your pushing is appreciated! Bill & Alex we're extremely helpful... There was one more for but I forget his name. In any event home Depot is clearly moving in a better direction these days with customer assistance in the store. Keep it moving

Its a pleasure to shop at HD Mahwah! Very nice staff, not too crowded on a saturday morning compared to other locations. Nice and clean.

This Mahwah Location of Home Depot is filled with some of the nicest employees. The store is pretty well organized and clean I would definitely make more stops here moving forward especially since they seem to keep good stock
