Purchased a new Milwaukee set , one of the batteries was bad brought it back returned the whole kit same with the second kit . Now instead of just replacing a battery for me I have to miss more work and return again with the whole kit . Same day purchased and returned, could have easily replaced the battery alone instead of costing me more time and work . Edit , went back a third time and checked before leaving and all of the boxes where bad . Instead of just replacing the battery, they returned the whole kit and left me without tools for a second day . I will never use this horrible staffed store again or any home Depot. Beware buying anything of value I spent over 900 dollars and was treated like trash .

For superior product selection, competitive pricing, knowledgeable staff, well-organized displays, and a clean shopping environment, look no further than Lowe's. In my experience, Lowe's consistently outshines Home Depot in these aspects, winning the majority of price matches I've conducted between the two. When it comes to purchasing Milwaukee products, I prefer to support Amazon, as it offers a more convenient option. One unique feature of Lowe's is its reserved parking area for veterans at the entrance, whereas Home Depot only offers a couple of spaces off to the side. Additionally, Lowe's veteran discount program is simpler to navigate compared to Home Depot's. It has been quite some time since I last visited Home Depot, and upon my recent return, I was reminded why I tend to avoid it.

Store looked clean. I found what I needed very easily. Had several selections of quality choices from to brands to lower but cheaper products. People were nice. Parking was easy. I was about to wait in the self checkout line but was called over to the cashier without waiting.

I’m writing this review because we bought a LG fridge from them little over a year ago, we spent over 1700.00 on it. We called them and they said we didn’t have the extended warranty so there was nothing they could do. Home Depot knows that LG fridges don’t last and there is a lawsuit against LG, why are they still selling these pieces of junk in their stores. I feel like we were fooled into buying this hunk of junk. I will be buying the cheaper fridges from now on.

Friendly staff, clean store, well organized. There's tons of parking. There's vast amounts of selection. The store is set up so everything is easy to find.
