The Home Depot

We shopped at Home Depot today for wood for our kitchen renovation my husband is doing. Your employee Mark, did a fabulous job cutting the particle board and melamine to specific cuts my Husband requested. It was a busy day, and he was patient and hoisted those heavy boards willingly and swiftly. Although time consuming he went above and beyond. I don’t know if he is in Lumber or Paint or if they are the same dept, but we do appreciate his strong work ethic.

My son and daughter in law bought dish washer with warranty. The part that is not working is under warranty. They have been getting the run a round for a month trying to get it fixed. This affects your store. You need to help your costumers in these situations. Be accountable.

Can not say enough about the Home Depot in Mt. Pleasant, walked in there 3 minutes before closing tonight in need of a new generator due to the power outage. They could have very easily told me they were closing and to come back tomorrow but they DID NOT! They did not have one on the shelf that would work for me so they grabbed a pallet out of the back that had just been delivered and brought it out to my truck for me. One employee by the name of Jason also took the time to grab me the other electrical components I would need. I did not catch the other employees names who helped me out but I can not thank them all enough. They took the stress out of what could have been a very stressful situation. I will be coming to this particular store for all my home needs from now on. Thank you to

Very helpful customer service! Menards should take note! Lol.! They carry the Lifeproof vinyl flooring! A very good quality vinyl flooring! Make sure to get the 5-6.5 MM thick by 22-30 Mil top wear layer. Lifeproof does have an edge over some of their competitors on vinyl flooring. Thanks to Home Depot for selling it!

Wanted to come to this location more but they punish the people who like to follow rules I guess. We wanted to do a kids DIY project with our daughter and came 7 minutes before 12 only to find out they didn’t have anymore kits. I understand it’s first come first serve but that kind of defeats the purpose of filling out a form. There should’ve been enough for the kids who signed up + more for walk ins. The location on Alpine in Comstock Park almost never ran out and had extras.
