I had such a wonderful experience in the garden section at Home Depot thanks to Dominic and his colleague (a very kind bald gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch). Dominic mentioned he recently started, but you would never guess - he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and eager to help. Both of them took the time to answer my questions, guide me through different options, and make sure I understood what would work best for my needs. They were calm, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping rather than rushing the interaction. It honestly wasn’t just shopping, it was an experience. Their patience and positive attitude turned what could have been a quick purchase into something really enjoyable and memorable. Home Depot is lucky to have people like Dominic and his colleague

I really love this location because they have a ton of staff who always have a great attitude. Vincent helped me make a ton of keys yesterday and he was such a helpful and pleasant employee. Home Depot needs to figure out a way to clone more guys just like him.

I bought a set of French doors in June of 2025 and still have yet to receive the doors. They were initially measured incorrectly and the contractors had to come out and remeasure the doors. It took months to get anyone to come out and do that. No one has taken any accountability for this disaster. I also cancelled another door that they couldn’t find in the store and it’s been horrible trying to get anyone to give me my refund back. Will never order another thing from them. Employees are horrible

This was my first time visiting the store, and I was looking for materials to build a DIY plant shade. I was relying on my own knowledge at first, but then I met Cedric, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He walked me through each step, explaining which materials would work best and why. Cedric, you’re truly the best! Thank you so much for all your help.

This is to report the two employees (white women with dark hair, one petite and the other one with a long ponytail) who both closed the store doors before 9 PM on 01/15/2026 with their “cynical smile through the glass door: We are closed”. If the company has instructed these two employees to close before 9PM then it should be posted in the website or at least in the front door so customers are fully informed and do not waste their commute.
