I had a great experience at the Novi Home Depot on February 23, 2026. Gabe provided outstanding service. Instead of just pointing us to tools, he took the time to understand the problem we were trying to solve and recommended the right solution. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Because of his assistance, we were able to fix our issue quickly. Thank you Gabe for the excellent customer service!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to give a huge shout-out to Manager Chris at Home Depot! He went above and beyond to help me get the workshop kit for my kids, even though I arrived late. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help truly stood out. I actually remember Chris from the Commerce Home Depot, where he was amazing back then — and he’s still just as incredible now. It’s rare to meet someone who consistently delivers exceptional customer service no matter where they are. Thank you, Chris, for making our experience great and for taking such good care of us!

My husband doesn’t go on line so I am writing it for him. He was at the Home Depot in Novi, plumbing . A worker named Ben was very helpful, he helped him find the fittings he needed.If he wouldn’t have helped him he would have had to make another trip. Thanks Ben.

My home store. Most the shelves are stocked and people are nice.

We went to buy some electrical wire and the guys in electrical were helping us out (Conner and John who was a Supervisor) any way we needed some 4/O wire which they had to get down from the top of the isle with a fork lift which usually in the past most employees would have found a reason why they couldn't get is down but they never complained and after all they went through it ended up being the wrong type. We felt bad making them go through that and it not being the right one but they never complained and they went out of their way to try to find the right wire for us but they were out. I appreciate the good attitudes they had.
