One of the best home depots I've had two great experiences here. First one was an item that said in stock wasn't there so employee sorry I forgot her name order a different model for me and gave me a really good discount. Second experience was having an check out issue and Lenny came over to help and she breezed me though check out!! Store is well organized and clean!!

Leo in the Carpet section did an amazing job by assisting me within the past week. I knew what I wanted, but couldn't find the right words. He was patient and knew exactly what I was talking about and even provided education on the different products base on my needs. He was in the middle of something and ask me if I needed assistance, then proceeded to assist me. He is not only helpful and knowledgeable, but he also has great communication skills, while showing humility. Knowing what you want, but unable to state the name can be frustrating for some, but with assistance like that, it makes one's shopping experience worth it. Continue the amazing job. If Leo is not a manager, then he needs to be, if he wants it when it is offered.

Had a problem with an online pickup order today. Shellac that was in a dented can in a pickup locker. Shannon the manager of the paint Department assisted me with my issue and went above and beyond. Talk about great customer service! Faith in customer service restored 1000%

The middle aisle is so crowded with merchandise it’s effectively one lane. The music is so loud it’s hard to have a conversation. The self checkout line was down and there was only one person available to ring people up. Poorly labeled items, payed 30+ for an item I thought was ten.

Paul in plumbing (I think he was in plumbing) is the best, most respectful, nice, professional, man and employee I’ve ever talked to at Home Depot. So much knowledge in just a 5 minute conversation and left me feeling helped and appreciated. Such a great guy! Give him a promotion to store manager immediately !!
