The Home Depot

Local home Depot in Parkesburg, PA area conveniently located off of Route 30 and Route 10. Stopped while in the area and really appreciated the customer service at this location as it was outstanding. Very well stocked store, plenty of room in the aisles not cluttered, and helpful staff in each department area. No wait in self service check out plus knowledgeable customer service associate who actually knew the military discount program which constantly changes. Plenty of carts, larger carts, and parking. Well located and staffed store glad I stopped in as I find each location can be a very different experience.

Wow, I have shopped at Home Depot since I was a sprout. My father used to take us there when I was a young girl. I have met some very nice people and some disgruntled people. In all my experiences I have never met such knowledgeable, respectful and genuine people as in the Parkesburg Pa location. My favorite employee is Mr. Jesse Holmes. No matter what I need and no matter what the department he was glad help or direct us to someone who could. Great job Jesse!!!!

We needed to buy a washer and dryer. We decided to add stands. We wanted white. White washer and dryer were available, but white stands were not. The staff at the store tried to find other stands that would work. They found stands that were bigger by a couple of inches, but we decided against that and bought black stands. The washer, dryer and stands were all made by GE. Getting the stands from the same manufacturer is the best thing because the stands are attached to the washer and dryer. Using someone else's stands likely would not have worked because it might not be possible to attach them. The stands should be attached for safety reasons. It turns out we rarely look at the stands, so the different color is not a big deal. If it becomes a big deal, some white appliance paint

The blonde woman working the cash register 2 on 12/28/25 was rude and incompetent. I just asked for a military discount and she was confused and baffled. Christian and Paul over at register 1 had to come over and help us out and they were much nicer.

The store is located in the Parkesburg inside the West Salisbury common Plaza. This Home Depot contains typical Home Depot items, and I shop here for paints, accessories, garden supplies, and the nursery. The staff is friendly out here, and the nursery garden contains a wide range of plants. I will definitely suggest that this place,it provides value to what you buy in terms of home items as well as the garden.
