I’m in The Home Depot all the time for my custom cabinet work, and this location has always been solid. I usually stop in for things like cabinet-grade plywood, hardwood boards, hinges, drawer slides, fasteners, finishes, and tools, and they almost always have what I need. The store is easy to get around, well stocked, and makes it simple to grab materials without wasting time. The staff here is friendly and helpful, especially when you need to track something down or have a quick question. They’re used to working with contractors and don’t mind helping you get in and out quickly, which I really appreciate. Overall, it’s a dependable Home Depot that makes day-to-day work easier. If you’re a contractor or DIYer in the Pasadena area, this location gets the job done.

The store is clean, but the staff lacked knowledge. We needed help with sizing for artificial turf, but they couldn’t provide guidance and repeatedly responded by asking the same questions we had already asked. After speaking with several staff members and getting no help, we left disappointed and empty-handed. This location may be fine if you already know exactly what you need, but if you’re starting a project or have questions, I recommend going to another location to avoid frustration.

We walked into our local home depot 2881 E. Walnut Street Pasadena, California 91107 wanting to build a foundation for our shed with no clue what we needed. We asked around for help and Mitchell Mockary was of great assistance and made everything easy for us. We will definitely be back again due to great customer service!

This is an odd Home Depot Store. Not really set up for contractor types. I'm not a contractor, but I sometimes utilize the service Home Depot provides. I do a lot of repairs, but I'm not a professional. So, call me an "almost" contractor. I noticed that there are a lot of homeowners who shop here. They're kinda snooty at times. I'll wear my work clothes and I get strange looks from some of the people. It seems like they're looking down on me! Very odd for a Home Depot store. Anyway, the staff here is so-so. A lot of their advice is plain out wrong. I send my better half to get things and they send her home with the wrong supplies. Even when I tell her the name brand, model number, color of the box, etc. The staff finds a way to advise here. I wind up sending her back with th
