The Home Depot

I am so impressed with the diligence and patience of Susan, Steve and Kathryn at the Petoskey Home Depot. Customer service obbiously JOB1!! Not only did they assist me with finding exactly what I need for my project, but they did it with a patience, smile. and enthusiasm that says, " I love my job!! " Thank you home depot it's never a chore stopping in for what I need. It's experiencing customer service at it's very best !

I somewhat feel sorry for this store. They were so busy, the manger came over to help me. As he was helping another person. Then some lady came over to help me. I asked her that I needed these PVC pipes cut. She said she could not due it because her arm hurts. So some other guy asked her if she knew how to cut steel pipe 1”inch. So this guy said if you, cut my pipe I need, I will cut this guys pipe for him. Worked out just great. And then we pulled up to the doors. I open the rear end of my handicap SUV and a nice young man place these pipes of mine along side of me in my wheelchair. I wish that I had a handicap pickup truck. Because I was just guessing to have that pipe that was 10’foot long cut at 4’foot off so I can still cut it at two foot to use going under ground and two foot comin

Ordered 1,700 worth of trim, for them to tell me g they won’t deliver and don’t have the correct amount of trim but let me pay and complete my order. How does Home Depot not have enough trim to do a modular home, let alone let me pay and order to only tell me there is not enough

Customer service team seemed annoyed that I needed help, but they did help me. I couldn't help but feel like they were rushing to get back to their socializing amongst the employees. Two of my items that I ordered online for next day pickup were broken, in a way that makes me feel like they don't respect this service that they provide. I will be going to the Gaylord location from now on. They seem to have more of an appreciation for the services they are required to provide, a more organized store, and an all around better attitude about helping people.

I have never dealt with more incompetence then our delivery to our house on a washer and dryer. They keep giving us the run around and keep delaying our delivery. So unprofessional im never using home depot again
