The Home Depot

This Home Depot in Red Bluff really impressed me. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a much better selection than I expected—especially compared to others I’ve been to. The staff was friendly and easy to work with, and I found everything I needed without any hassle. From tools to home improvement supplies, they had a great variety in stock and the aisles were actually maintained well. All around, just a strong store and a solid experience. I’ll definitely be back.

It's a Saturday night and the place was pretty empty. The nice employees in other departments paged someone to come help me. After a short wait, Trevor showed up. The plywood board I needed was on the 2nd tier, about 5 feet above our heads. Granted, it only weighs 40 pounds, but it's very cumbersome for this 60-year old. Trevor got a ladder, and gently slid the pieces to me, then helped me get them onto the floor without damaging them. I had 7 total. As I headed off to the cashier, he was off to help someone else.

Well....for the 2nd time in my 39 years on this planet I returned a few items to home Depot but......brace yourself......I returned the items with NO RECIEPT!!!!!*GASP* 🫢🫢🫢🫢🫢 😱🙁😧😦😮😯😲😲🙊. So what this means is that I have to use my California ID for them to scan into the system which I'm sure put me in some kind of category on the system of 'watch this guy from now on!! We think he steals! Now all I get is the cashier's not talking to me and scowling at my every move.

Great place to pickup a tuffshed.. Knowledge, friendly staff who go above and beyond..

Ive only been here a handful of times. Staff always pleasant. Their parking lot is FULL of trash. They need to clean that up.
