The Home Depot

I hate shopping here, I prefer to go to Lowes but sometimes they dont have what I need and home depot is my last resort! Everytime I come here or try and buy something from this specific location i leave pissed off. I've tried curbside pick up, no one comes out so I'm forced to go in where I find 4 people just standing there talking... I tried doing a delivery because someone gave me a giftcard ti home depot, and even that was a terrible experience because they changed my geolocation even when I gave specific instructions of what my house looked like. When I called the driver he couldn't have cared less that he left my package at the wrong location. Im never stepping foot in this place or spending any of my money at this home depot!

We try not to go into the store and just order online as much as possible. They have so many items locked up and you have to wait for an employee to come help. The overall customer service has gone downhill recently, it feels like Walmart where employees try to avoid eye contact and go the other way to avoid being asked a question. The only reason why I'm giving 3 stars is because you can get what you need for home improvements and its much cheaper to do it yourself.

I did find the item I wanted but could not pay for it due to their card reader telling my card was invalid. There was no store employee there to help me and the other three self checkout machines were busy, so I just left empty handed. I made a purchase at Walmart before going to Home Depot and again at Stewart's afterward. Either the reader at the self checkout is broken or it needs to be cleaned. In either case, no sale today. I'll order what I wanted from an online store.

Home Depot is one of my favorite go to place for repair and DIY project supplies and equipment. They have a large selection of just about anything you need. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I do a lot of projects where I am creating hardware pieces for unusual applications and the are really helpful. I highly recommend Home Depot to anyone.
