The Home Depot

Ive been coming here for years but the past year things have done nothing but go down hill. Its ridiculous I spend thousands of dollars here a year. The orders i receive are almost always poorly packed and can tell its in a rushed manor cus half of my product gets ruined. but its not just that I come into the store and see they brought all the pressure treated wood in. I dont know whos bright idea that was but due to the wood already being soaked or moist its drying out inside and bowing. You are gonna end up losing a lot due to that.This is bs. You already lost my business so say goodbye to my 30k a year ill go to lowes.

“What an entrance!” This Home Depot has quite the nice front entrance and façade, better than any other Home Depot I’ve been to. The inside of the store was set up like all the others, with me requiring potting soil and pots, so I took a quick left and went into the greenhouse and I was there, simple enough. The self-checkout stands were closed when I visited, but they had plexiglass covering them so they shielded you from others with concern of the virus. The Christmas things were out already, with the animatronic Father Christmas standing tall next to the trees. They served my needs well, and even had the cheap rubbish pots I was hoping for, so that was perfect. They earned the five stars, cheers.

Very disappointed in their customer service. I went to return a dehumidifier and was surprised that their return policy had changed earlier this summer. I was told there were banners advertising that change, but I didn't see anything. That's not why I'm giving a 1-star. It was how I was treated. The second person pulled into the conversation didn't take time to say hi or treat me like a human being. ChatGPT treats me with more respect than this person did. So disappointing. Last time I shop at Homedepot. Thankfully there's a Lowes across the street and Amazon for everything else.

Love this store. I always find what I need (and then some). Bought my refrigerator from them and delivery was as scheduled and seamless, delivery guys were great. Picture is of said fridge (dog added for additional cuteness).
