Went to paint dept today. Had paint code with me and knew what I wanted but the guy in the dept named Matt had the worst attitude I've ever seen in a place of business. All he wanted to do was argue with me and it was his way or no way when I knew exactly what I wanted. There were other women having same issues with him. He's arrogant and thinks he knows it all. Because of him you lost a long time customer. Word of mouth goes a long way. I'll go to Lowe's from now on. Doubt anything will be done and don't have a lot of Faith in these reviews been looked at by management.

Wade and Hector were incredibly helpful with my new dishwasher purchase!! We walked in about 30 mins until closing (not smart on our part, we know). Couldn’t find anyone to help in the appliance section. We came across Hector and he helped us find someone. That’s when we met with Wade. They were both very sweet and we really appreciated the hospitality! It made the purchase feel a bit lighter.

Every square inch of floor space is covered with promotional displays (half of which is 'as seen on tv' garbage), ladders, forklifts, etc. making it impossible to push a cart anywhere. Even the main "raceway" lanes are crammed so tight. You can't even walk down an aisle anymore. This tells me that Home Depot would prefer that I come in for one or two small hand-carry items than spend any substantial amount on something that needs a cart. Now, for anything that exceeds hand-carrying, I just go to Lowe's in Gainesville. Also, why is it when I go to self checkout, there is always an employee standing there who only interacts with me when she comes up to ask me to sign me up for a credit card? If she needs something more to do, she's welcome to scan and bag my items.

Don't purchase any appliances here, if there is an issue they don't care, I have not had a working refrigerator since 9/7/25, from my brand new refrigerator that was delivered 8/22/25. They have delivered 3 refrigerators that have been damaged, 1 broke and I am still waiting for a new one that isn't damaged. I am out over 40 hours of time from phone calls, store visits and waiting for deliveries, over $750 in food that went bad in my fridge and freezer, over an additional $1,000 in meals that I would not have spent because I have had to eat out (for a family of 6) due to not having a working refrigerator in my house for 25 days now and no one seems to care. They feel a 25% refund is fair compensation for all my troubles. I will never recommend anyone purchase any appliance from Home De

Thalia helped us out at the equipment rental, despite not knowing what we needed or wanted and set us us for success with a great machine and instructions on its use. She is extremely patient and understanding. I will be coming here for all my future rental needs. Thank you Thalia.
