I had forgotten my son’s cup in the cart and realized. So I went back and went to the service desk was waiting for 10 minutes. When I finally got helped they said no one brought a cup up. Didn’t even look to see. And if no one did I don’t understand why the cart attendant wouldn’t have taken it to lost and found, he probably threw it away. The cup was about $15 and it’s my son favorite cup and the only cup he takes. I’m now not able to find the exact cup anywhere I’m very upset. Customer service was VERY BAD. I will not be going back again.

Terrible customer service, my husband ordered an item online paid full price and we were delivered a damaged display model. The store manager had the item delivered to us knowing it was a display and we paid full price for the item. No box was given no paperwork, item was delivered by a man in a regular car. I called customer care 11 times to get the issue resolved, not only was i told that the first time i spoke with someone they have no notes from my call and they would not honor the offer the other representative gave me. It took me hours of calling to actual talk to someone, the calls either kept dropping or i was routed overseas and had to sit on hold as my call is being passed around. I would like to first start by saying Ali the manager is the best!! He has a heart of a gold!! Bless him .. He turned a bad experience into a great experience, he listened to us and treated us like we were valued customers. Let me explain the situation so we called ahead of time and wanted to know if Home Depot could cut our lumbar and plywood to the sizes we needed for our floor shed, and were told yes, so we came to Home Depot and asked the gentleman in the lumbar department if he could cut our pieces into the sizes we needed for our 10x10 shed. We were upset because he told us they cannot do this requests, since we had numerous sizes of cuts, which we knew we had to pay for extra cuts that wasn’t an issue for us. ⚠️CREDIT CARD SCAM BEWARE⚠️ They are quick to push the credit card on you but when you try to pay it off they pretend that they never received a payment. How does a check of thousands of dollars get lost when it has tracking and you have to sign for it. YOU SIGNED FOR IT! Why do I have to make monthly payments till you figure it out. The funds came out and you posted it to my account online! Trash company! Dealing with them from the store to the fence install has been a nightmare. I regret choosing HOME STEALPOT!
