There is always a bunch of workers to be able to help everyone rather its checking out or helping with locating an item. The store was clean and organized. Had everything u will need to build or repair a building or deck and ect.

Today Starla (I think at the Pro Desk) helped us. So friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Starla! Also, every time we come in we are met with friendly and helpful staff members. We appreciate our Weatherford HD employees.

Came into the store today to grab a few quick things, and I noticed some employees with assistant manager tags talking disparagingly about another employee!! I hate to hear that, it makes me feel horrible for the employee they were talking about. I’ll be staying away from this location from now on. If they talk about each other that way, who knows how they talk about their customers. Maybe Lowe’s is the better choice :(

Great experience . Everyone was very helpful . Specially this two gentleman. Kyle working he’s butt off at the parking lot very hard working guy definitely need to be move up on rank & Thomas at pro sales he was very sharp & well trained . They treat me like a customer should be treated. I definitely will comeback .

I attempted to return unused tile without a receipt and was treated in a way that made me feel like a thief. I fully understand store policies and would have accepted store credit or even a refusal — but the attitude and treatment were unacceptable. Over the last few years, we’ve spent more than $20,000 at Home Depot renovating our home. That may not be a lot to the company, but it’s a lot to us. Loyalty should count for something, or at the very least customers should be treated with respect. This experience was disappointing and honestly embarrassing.
