I went to look for a new entry door for my home. No one was in the window/floor department to help me. I asked two employees walking past me if there is someone that could help me. They said they would contact someone. They walked and socialized. They never contacted anyone! I saw another employee nearby and asked him who works in this department. He looked at his paperwork and identified the person. He said he was perhaps on break. He didn't attempt to find him or confirm if that was true. There was a man sitting in the department. Apparently, he was a customer waiting for assistance. I asked him how long he was waiting. He said nearly 20 minutes! Total lack of customer service all around. If someone goes on break, why not have an employee who's doing nothing but roaming and socializing

It’s very clean and organized. Employees were very friendly and helpful. I found what I was looking for with the help of the employee. This is the one of the best Home Depot I have visited

why doesn’t any of the Home Depot’s water their plants and just throw them out if they look bad all they need is a drink of water, every house plant was dry! They’re throwing them out because they’re not watered?
