I had an absolutely outstanding experience at the Williston Home Depot yesterday—one that truly went above and beyond anything I expected. From the very beginning of the ordering process all the way through to pickup, the level of service I received was exceptional. As someone coming from Canada, I initially thought it would be impossible to order from a U.S.-based store, let alone arrange pickup for an item that couldn’t be delivered across the border. However, Jillian and her supervisor were determined to find a solution. They took the time to work through the challenge and ultimately made it happen. Had the most pleasant experience with Ryan, an employee at the Williston, Vermont store. Normally I’m not asked if I need help, but this young man took the time to ask and then patiently answered my questions and helped me locate some items. I was very grateful. Also the person who helped me at the Customer Service desk, despite being very busy, greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant and helpful as well. Great store, great selection, and outstanding customer service. I’ll be back!

Great to have a store that will cut 4 by 8 sheets of plywood to whatever dimensions you request. And their helloween collection of grown up toys is pretty awesome.

We went to the Williston HD on the night on 2/27/26. We were after a 4 ft butcher block……that was laying underneath about a dozen 8 ft blocks. Without hesitation, and all by himself, NEIL moved each very heavy and long block so we could get to the one we needed. Very thankful for his service last night!

Oct 25th we locked in this special Black Friday holiday item . We called the Williston store pre paid and went and picked it up Adam F Made sure to secure it for us and sent me a picture of the sleigh waiting for pickup in the customer service ctr .
