We just had a fence put in at our new home. We have a small area in our front yard that faces the water. We don't have a back yard and needed the fence for our dogs. Since it's the front yard, we needed to make it look especially good!! Jason was our salesperson and he went above and beyond for us to make sure we had the fence before we moved in. We had to change the date, due to the homeowner staying longer than expected, and Jason made sure this happened. The crew came out on a fridgid day and did an awesome job! They put up a privacy partition as well and came back to make sure all the caps were in place. Highly recommend The Vinyl Outlet!!!!

We had a great experience working with Michael Sullivan from Vinyl Outlet. Michael came out to measure our yard and walk us through our options, and he made the whole process feel easy and straightforward. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us choose a fence that truly fits our house and our needs. The fence looks great. The ground gave them a little extra work but they rose to the challenge. The gate is sturdy and the lock is a plus we didn’t expect. The solar lights look so good that we’re going to add some to each post. Thanks guys.

From initial call for estimate to install, which took about two months ( I had to delay once so would of been sooner)!everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. Very responsive with call backs. Kept in contact via the entire job. Arrived prompt if not earlier when scheduled. The installers were awesome. They went over everything before starting the job, then when completed, they walked us through everything again. Very thorough with maintenance on our end, went over warranty. Respected the property as well did a great clean up when done. I will say they were my highest estimate, so they are on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for, and we are happy, so. No contractor delays, no supply shortage issues..

For the first 3 days the demo team continued to leave a mess of boards and steel blades laying around so I had to clean up their mess. The job took a little longer because the building team which was fantastic, I give a big thank you to Jake, Matt, and Justin who literally had to refigure the build because of poor communication and measurements by upper level. I love our new deck but I have boards that are not nailed in, a few soft spots where there needs to be support and a large gap at one of my corners. The biggest issue was Andrew who nailed a board into my wiring and blew sockets and my fridge refrigerator. We had to call our electrician to fix it.
