We had a fantastic experience with The Window Guys. We had 13 windows replaced and Sam and the guys completed the job in less than 2 days. The entire crew was polite and respectful of us and our home. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend The Window Guys for any window replacement needed.

We had 6 window suppliers visit/review our needs. The Window Guys listened each time, advised pros/cons and shared a revised detail estimate. “Not all shared a detail estimate”. A high quality installation was expected from their 40 veteran installing their windows. We did receive a high quality installation. I would use the window guys again.

Sam and his crew did an exceptional job with professionalism. They arrived as scheduled and installed 25 windows in 4 days. We had 2 large bow windows in front that they meticulously crafted a new frame and insulated to install 5 tall thin window in each bow. The entire crew was courteous, friendly and worked as a team - always focused on ensuring I was satisfied. Sam was a perfectionist, making sure all windows were level, completely sealed, cleaned and finished properly. We finally had the pleasure of having our windows done by this crew at the Window Guys! The initial process was a little strange for me, but it's totally doable. Before they send a guy out to do the actual measurements, they will request that you provide them rough measurements in order for you to get an idea of the actual cost to proceed with the job. We found that these guys are best bang for the buck for quality of service and installation. After agreeing to contract, we had to wait about 2 months in the queue before the work began - but it was well worth the wait! Sam is the hero and face of this company. He has over 40 years in the business and is the installer for their windows. Once work began, it took about a week from start to finish. The whole experience was beyond my expectation
