The Window Source RI

I ordered a new slider and kitchen window. So pleased with my new windows! Anthony was wonderful to work with! Honest, didn’t feel scammed or pressured. Joe and Freddy did an amazing job with the installation!! Great team, great product!

I had the Window Source install six basement windows for me, five hoppers and one dryer vent. Kevin and Cappy showed up on 7/1 as scheduled. They both did a beautiful job and were very personable. The dryer vent was a little too big, so a new one was ordered. Bobby and his crew showed up on 8/21, right on time to install the new one. They did a great job, and also were nice to talk to. Glad I had the Window Source install the windows for me. If the windows perform for me over the years as well as the installation went, I’m a happy camper. Highly recommend to friends and family!

We recently used Window Source RI to replace our outdated, 4 panel crank out window. From the moment of contact through the design, measuring, ordering to install process was exceptional!!! The customer service through this family owned operation was like working with actual family (minus the headache 😂) and attention to detail was given from beginning to end. During the install, they were constantly updating me in the progress and ensuring everything I requested in our new windows was correct. Such a polite and warm team to work with. From the start conversation/quote to the end clean up, everything was top notch and will recommend Window Source RI to any and everyone looking for new/ replacement windows! Our new window looks like it was always part of this home- thank you!

We got all new windows in our house today by The Window Source and I gotta say, the team showed up when they said they would and took exactly as long as they said they would and left the house in great condition (as in didn’t leave a mess behind). They were professional, kind, and clearly very experienced. Within an hour of them leaving our house feels cooler and quieter. I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend. Great local company. Great local service.

We had 5 lower-level windows and a set of sliding glass doors replaced by the Window Source. Even though the installers - Ray and Andrew - were working on a very cold day - mid-20's for the high - they still did an excellent job. They were very courteous and professional and paid a great deal of attention to detail. We can't believe that they got all of it done in one day. They kept all areas clean throughout the process and were very easy to talk to and were very respectful. I highly recommend the Window Source and those two installers.
