I am very concerned about the behavior of one of this company’s drivers. While operating a marked company vehicle, the driver was driving erratically—speeding, weaving through traffic, and making unsafe maneuvers. This conduct was reckless and unprofessional, and it put others on the road at risk. A company vehicle should be a reflection of professionalism and responsibility, not a source of danger. If this is the standard of behavior allowed, it raises serious questions about oversight and accountability within the business. Until this is addressed, I cannot recommend this company.

In February, they came out to look at our stone chimney that needed to have stone removed and replaced. The person they sent out said it should be between $1500-$2000. The first estimate showed up and it was $1800. I signed it and sent it back. Then they called and said they made a mistake and sent a new estimate that was $2800. I spent the next day looking for another stone mason, but ended up signing the new estimate on March 12. They asked for me to look at samples and give them the stone color so they could order what was needed. I had heard nothing for a month and a half, so I called. I was told someone would get back to me. They didn't, so I called 4 days later, and they said they would get back to me. They didn't!
