Everything they did in our kitchen was half assed. Flooring tiles are separating. Cabinet recovering is coming off. Pull out drawer is coming out on its own. And the bottom of the countertop is deteriorating and coming off the cabinets it’s attached to. We have called them with no calls back. If you want to be overcharged for something that’ll last 3 years they’re your people!

Got a quote for 2 doors. Proceeded with the order. Doors were measured, order was in, install time came. Well, the wrong size was ordered. The installer was told "to make them fit". Heard the installer say "I'm not doing that". Took the doors and left. Tried to resolve the situation only to be met with rude customer service, no follow thru from Ed at all, the one who measured the doors. Kept ignoring calls for weeks. 700$ down payment kept and no resolution. RUN AWAY from this company!!!

Seven days ago, Thermal installed whole house insulation to my home. I have to commend the crew that installed it. They were polite and above all, professional. They took pride in their workmanship and it showed. They made me feel like I knew them for a long time. Outstanding guys!

They did an outstanding job installing siding on my home and garage. The installers were professional,courteous, and easy to work with. Additionally they did a thorough job of cleaning up the job site when the project was done

I had this company come out because my sliding glass door needed replaced. They were so professional, no pressure, knowledgeable, and friendly. The process was seamless once I decided to order the door. The installation was amazing the way they treated my home and left it so clean after the job was like nothing I have experienced from other situations when it comes to home repairs. Any other windows or doors I may need in the future I know where I am going first, excellent customer service and quality, unfortunately is hard to find now a days!
