Just had 4 new windows put in today. When I first contacted them the person on the phone was easy to talk to. Then came workers to my house to measure the windows for an estimate which was reasonable. I accepted the estimate and they came again and got exact measurements. The windows where ordered and arrived a short time later which was great. The installation followed, the 2 guys that showed up where expert's and knowledgeable. The finished product was awesome. Will use them again. Thanks 👌😊.
From the first point of contact to the last, we were treated like gold. These folks are customer-service oriented pros. The installers arrived early, took care to cover our floors, care for our home, and did a fabulous installation in short order. The product is beautifully made, very substantial. I would not hesitate to recommend Thermo Expert to anyone. Well done! Five Stars.
Where do i begin. Rick Solis was awesome right from the start.Responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, a pleasure to work with. I bugged him too many times but he always had the answer and was patient with me. Bruno, Jamal and Burke!! These guys are top notch! Attention to very detail right down to perfect caulk. They work great together. They even vacuumed the area they worked in. I will be hiring these guys to do some other windows and i suggest you do the same.
We had 6 basement slider, 1 picture, and 1 casement window all replaced. All windows are good quality with U = 0.28, made in Mass. Sales process was easy and simple, no pushy sales spiels. Installers were friendly and efficient. Done in a day. They sealed up around each window with foam and caulk so they're nice a tight with no leaks.
Going on ~1 year of our new triple pane windows installed by Thermo Expert and have nothing but good things to say! Install team was quick and did an awesome job. Noticed a huge difference during the winter months with holding heat in the house and it’s been even better so far this summer. Highly recommend the whole Thermo Expert team to anyone in the Berkshires thinking about new windows
