This ThermoKing location try to rip me off over $600 for the same job. It took them 5 hrs of my time and charged me $200 diagnosis too. They even told my face if the actual labor time is less then what they quoted they would still charge the higher amount which what they qoute. It is mind blowing that they wont favor customer or repeat business. Even the parts was more expensive when you compare with other Thermoking location 150 miles away from them in Ohio. At least this experience showed me which thermo king location to use next time and not think that they would over charged me. They qouted me a alternator belt which turns out it was in good condition too.

If you want your money to be taken for no reason, Or if you have some extra money, you need to go to this place, The Front desk guy”AL” Told me that to get my AC compressor running it will cost me $1600 Plus the AC charging, but he denied it later. I end up with $4030 and it took them 13 days, and they charged me that money without telling me how much it would cost in general, After I faced them, they said oh we added a couple extra things and we will drop the labor hours for you, but we are still charging you for the parts, People this is the worst place ever, After that, it became 3500 something, If you read this comment, you need to know that you should drive to Laredo, Texas to fix your thrmo king APU unit instead of these people and I promise you It will be cheaper, Or get Go Green AP

Heard what sounded like a car accident as I was fueling up. Realized real quick that was not the case..It was my reefer unit taking a dump on me on an 87 degree July afternoon. I travel from West Michigan to deliver perishables to Metro Detroit, and it wasn't an ideal situation. I decided to just pull in off of i96 without a phone call. Couldn't hurt. No other option. I totally get that most rig shops are booked and BUSY, and they prefer appointments. Worst case they tell me they can't get me in. These guys were true professionals. I caught them at a good time. They let me know they were making an exception and would replace the alternator belt that failed. Service tech was skilled. Got me back on the road with a cold box in an hour and change. They will be on my Christmas card list th

First They don’t have a room for your trailer if you want them to work on your Truck APU , so you have to drop it somewhere else before you go to them Second they won’t get you in right away it will take them a days to get you in so call ahead before you go to see how busy they are Third I have had them worked on my APU to get it working right and they got it fixed for about $1,730.00 but after I got on the road I found out that it wasn’t cooling really good and I was in the south sweating and not comfortable at all with AC , I took it back and had to make another appointment (5 days waiting) and another $500 to fix the AC !!
